I’m Ben — that’s me enjoying a trip to Edinburgh with my little girl, Luciana. I’m a Derby wedding videographer creating cinematic, story-driven films across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, and beyond.
You’ll often find me filming at much-loved local venues such as The West Mill, Grangefields, Shottle Hall, Swancar Farm Country House, and Stubton Hall. I focus on capturing genuine moments — the laughter, happy tears, and atmosphere that make your wedding day truly yours.

The Music Film Package is perfect for smaller, more intimate weddings or for couples who want the energy and emotion of their day captured through a beautifully chosen piece of music.
The Cinematic Story Package allows me to craft your unique love story, weaving together moments from your speeches with all the unforgettable events of your day.
Music film package
A beautifully paced, music-led cinematic film capturing the movement, atmosphere, and emotion of your day. Ideal for small, intimate weddings.
Ahead of your wedding:
Pre-wedding questionnaire - your chance to tell me all about your plans and timings
Video call - a friendly face-to-face (virtually!) to go over any final details.
On the day:
One highly experienced videographer (myself) - with 10+ years capturing weddings, I’ll anticipate and handle any challenges so your day runs smoothly.
Up to 9 hours filming - from morning preparations to your guests’ best dance moves in the evening.
Aerial coverage - cinematic shots of your venue from above.
What you’ll receive:
3-4 minute highlights film, set to a song that perfectly matches the vibe of your day. (see examples)
Online gallery - like Netflix for your wedding videos! Watch on phone, TV, laptop, or tablet, and easily share with family and friends.
Optional upgrades:
full-length ceremony and speeches available at £150 each.

Elegant Wooden USB drive - a stylish backup for your all-important videos.

Ideal if you need to extend your coverage late into the evening for fireworks or a sparkler exit.

1-minute long and ready a couple of days after your wedding!

A second videographer will come along to capture some messages from close family and friends. This will take place between the end of the wedding breakfast and the start of the first dance.

A USB drive containing all of the footage I captured on your big day as a collection of files. These are not edited in any way but ideal if you'd like to have a record of everything for archival purposes.

An additional edit presenting all of the usable footage captured on your special day in a chronological order. This edit has a very genuine, home-movie feel and allows you to hear all of the original sounds from your day, such as all of your guests chatting and enjoying themselves! It comes in the form of an additional video on your online gallery and USB.
FAQs
Do you travel outside Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire?
Yes — I’m happy to travel across most of England. For weddings more than 40 miles from Derby, I simply charge additional fuel costs.
If your venue is over two hours away, I’ll add the cost of a Travelodge the night before, so I can arrive fresh and avoid any unexpected travel issues on the day.
How long until we receive our films?
I take on a limited number of weddings each year so I can give every film the care and attention it deserves.
Your videos are typically delivered within 4–6 weeks of your wedding day.
Is drone footage included?
Yes. I’m always happy to bring my drone along and capture some beautiful aerial shots, weather and venue permission permitting.
Do you work with photographers?
Absolutely. I’m easy-going and adaptable, and I work happily alongside all types of wedding photographers.
I communicate closely with them throughout the day so we’re always in the right place at the right time — without getting in each other’s way.

Are you discreet on the day?
I’m a friendly but very discreet presence on your wedding day. I’ll say hello during morning preparations and then quietly blend into the background, capturing natural moments as they unfold.
I use small, unobtrusive cameras and longer lenses, so guests often assume I’m a second photographer. Many couples even say they forgot I was there at all.
The only time I step in slightly is when handing out the small microphones used to capture clear audio during your ceremony and speeches.
